I have never met anyone who doesn’t love pasta. Some of us may try to avoid it, but it certainly isn’t because we don’t love it! With winter in full swing many of us find ourselves inside and at home more. It’s a perfect time to try something new in the kitchen. Pasta is extremely easy to make, it just requires the well worth it investment in equipment. Here is one of our favorite pasta recipes from this year. Fines Herbs is a classic French combination of parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil. Chervil may be hard to find for some folks. You can eliminate it and add another tablespoon of tarragon. Serve it by itself with a touch of olive oil and shaved parm or as a side dish with fish or poultry.
