Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions
Turkey Gravy– remove from plastic container and place into a small sauce pot/pan bring to a boil, turn off the heat and serve.
Cranberry Chutney– Serve as is.
Pumpkin Apple Bisque– remove from plastic container and place into a small sauce pot/pan bring to a boil, turn off the heat and serve.
Mashed Potatoes - remove plastic lid, cover with foil, bake in oven at 350° 15-20 for small, 30-40 for large or until hot.
Brussel Sprout Salad - may be served warm or cold. If heating, heat over medium heat in a sauté pan just until warm. Oven: remove lid place in 350° oven 5-10 minutes for small, 10-15 minutes for large, or until hot.
Homemade Sausage Stuffing - Remove lid, cover with foil, bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes for small, 30 – 40 minutes for large, if desired remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes for crispier top.
Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecans - Remove lid, small bake uncovered 15-20 minutes at 350° or until topping is crispy. Large: cover with foil bake 20-30 minutes at 350°, remove foil bake additional 10-15 minutes until top is crispy.
Roasted Butternut Squash with Maple & Sage– Remove lid, bake 15-20 for small, 30-40 minutes for large or until hot at 350°.
Mushroom, Chestnut, & Cornbread Stuffing– Remove lid, bake 15-20 for small, 30-40 minutes for large or until hot at 350°.
OVENS WILL VARY, ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY COOKED, YOU ARE JUST GETTING THEM HOT!
